Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the MASM Studios service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Account registration

You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these terms or applicable law.

Use of the service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or otherwise harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the applicable fees.

Fees are non-refundable except as described in Section 6. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

User content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so.

Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MASM Studios operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
