Privacy Policy.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account information — name, email, password, organization name.
- Billing information — payment method, billing address (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
- Content — anything you upload, create, or submit through the Service.

We also collect information automatically:
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, time spent, referring URLs.
- Device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these cases:
- Service providers — third-party vendors who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to notice to you.
- With your consent — for any purpose not listed above.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect Service functionality.
We use analytics tools (e.g., Plausible, PostHog) to understand product usage. These tools use aggregated, anonymized data where possible.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time — see Section 6.

- Access the information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information.
- Export your information in a portable format.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@masmstudios.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, regular audits — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us so we can delete it.
International data transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards as required by applicable law.
